About me
My name is Dario De Luca, I’m 32 years old and I live in Emmenbrücke, where I grew up. I worked as an electrician for many years and practiced my profession with great passion.
In June 2018, I suffered a brain haemorrhage and was admitted to hospital. It turned out that this was caused by a tumor. After two operations and six weeks of radiotherapy, I was struggling with speech impediments, double vision, type 1 diabetes and motor disorders. This time was very challenging, but thanks to the power of God, the support of my family and good friends, I got through this difficult time.
After this drastic experience, coffee found its way into my life. I bought a portafilter machine and started brewing different coffees. My enthusiasm for the subject grew so much that I decided to roast coffee myself. In November 2022, I bought a roasting machine and completed my first roast.
My ultimate goal is to produce high-quality coffee and thus create an exclusive product. I have discovered a new passion in coffee roasting that I would like to share with you!
